With more than 30 years of experience spanning audiovisual arts, electro-mechanical engineering, and maritime leadership, Igor Pesic offers a unique, multi-disciplinary perspective as a lecturer. His career began with early success in filmmaking, followed by a technical education in engineering and a degree in Audiovisual Media (Film & TV) from the Academy of Arts in Belgrade, Serbia.
As a practitioner, Igor has founded a film festival and a drama school, earning prestigious accolades like the Letter for Contribution to Radiophone Art. In 2014, he transitioned to the cruise industry, managing broadcast and digital operations for the world’s largest vessels, including the Royal Caribbean’s Allure of the Seas – the world biggest cruise ship at the time. Across thirteen ships and various dry-dock projects, he have served as a Broadcast Manager and Entertainment Technical Manager, leading diverse, multinational teams.

Sinisa Kuzmanovic is an experienced audio engineer and senior production manager with over 25 years of professional experience in live sound, stage technology, and large-scale international productions. He currently works as Senior Production Manager for Video Lab Production in Novi Sad and Royal Caribbean International, where he has been involved in Broadway-style shows, original productions, concerts, conferences, and live-streamed events.
Throughout his career, Sinisa has specialized in live sound mixing, audio system operation, and real-time troubleshooting in high-pressure environments. He has extensive hands-on experience with digital mixing consoles, Adobe Audition, show control technologies, and complex audio-visual setups. In addition to technical execution, he has led and trained multidisciplinary technical teams, maintaining high artistic and production standards.
Sinisa holds a Professional Certificate from Berklee College of Music, with a focus on live mixing, acoustics, and professional audio recording, and is a certified AVID Pro Tools user. As an instructor, he focuses on practical, industry-ready knowledge, helping students develop skills applicable to live sound, studio work, and professional productions.
Stefan Pelemis is a multimedia and broadcast professional with over 15 years of experience in television production, digital signage, iTV systems, and multimedia content management across broadcast and cruise ship environments.
From 2019, he is working as Multimedia Manager at MSC Cruises, where he manages daily and weekly content staging, scheduling, and publishing. His responsibilities include overseeing real-time and scheduled content workflows and distributing multimedia content across shipwide digital signage systems, mobile applications, in-room television platforms, and large-format displays.
Prior to this role, Stefan served as Digital Signage & iTV Content Specialist at Royal Caribbean Cruises. As chief administrator of shipwide digital signage, he was responsible for content scheduling, monitoring, and management of on-demand video and media systems across multiple vessels.
Before entering the cruise industry, he worked as a Television Director at BN Television in Bosnia and Herzegovina, directing live broadcasts including news, shows, and events, while supervising camera, lighting, and audio operations.
In addition, Stefan has extensive experience as a camera operator, video editor, and motion graphics artist, producing broadcast content, 2D/3D animations, commercials, and graphic design materials. His expertise includes live broadcasting, digital signage, iTV systems, video editing, motion graphics, and multimedia workflow management.
Momcilo (Mo) Vukasinovic is an audio engineer with over a decade of experience in the cruise industry, progressing from Stage Staff through a wide range of technician roles to Entertainment Technical and Broadcast Manager across four international companies.
His career spans ultra-luxury superyachts and the world’s largest cruise ships, supporting technical operations for new builds, dry docks, and live events of all scales.
He currently works as Audio Lead at the Walt Disney Theatre, responsible for front of house and monitor mixing for state-of-the-art Broadway style productions, as well as the maintenance and operation of complex, shipwide audio systems.
The depth of his experience uniquely positions Mo to translate the functionality of onboard audio systems, software, equipment, users, and operational workflows into practical, real world knowledge for the next generation of technical professionals.

With over 20 years of experience in the entertainment industry, Vladimir brings a balance of creative vision and technical expertise to his role as an instructor. His career began in radio broadcasting, where he worked as a host and sound designer for a major radio production company.Â
He later became the author and host of a morning show on Love Radio, building a strong foundation in live broadcasting, audio production, and audience engagement.
Vladimir continued his professional journey in the electronic music industry, hosting a dedicated dubstep show on DJFM and performing as a DJ at major international festivals, including Kazantip, Global Gathering, and Sensation. This period shaped his deep understanding of live events, show workflows, and high-pressure production environments. He later expanded into television, working as a motion designer for the music TV channel MusicBox, further strengthening his visual storytelling and post-production skills.
In January 2019, Vladimir joined Royal Caribbean’s Broadcast Department, transitioning his extensive media background into the cruise industry. Since then, he has worked across multiple vessels, supporting broadcast operations, live productions, and shipwide media systems. In 2023, he was promoted to the position of Head Broadcast Technician, where he oversees broadcast workflows, system reliability, troubleshooting, and operational standards onboard.
Alongside his onboard career, Vladimir is the creator of the YouTube channel Vladiographer, where he shares insights into life and work on cruise ships while educating aspiring professionals in videography, broadcast technology, and content creation.
With a comprehensive background spanning radio, live events, television, and maritime broadcast operations, Vladimir clearly understands both the creative and technical sides of the entertainment industry. His teaching approach is grounded in real-world shipboard experience, practical problem-solving, and the realities of operating complex broadcast systems in live, mission-critical environments.
He has over 15 years of experience in the broadcast, multimedia, and digital industries, with a strong focus on designing and delivering complex technical systems in international production environments.
Currently works as a Broadcast Manager at Arrise (Serbia) within a modern iGaming studio. He is responsible for the design and construction of chroma key studios, studio set design and build, and the full development of broadcast systems for online gaming and game show formats. His responsibilities include IT network infrastructure, CCTV surveillance, access control systems, and broadcast structural installations. He leads a team of 22 professionals in an international company with over 5,000 employees on site.
