A word from our founder

With more than eight years of experience sailing on various vessels, I saw the gap between traditional education and the real demands of shipboard work. Technical roles such as Broadcast Technician, Audio Engineer, Entertainment Technician, and IT Specialist require practical skills, discipline, and a strong understanding of cruise industry standards.

Our programs are built on real onboard workflows and the expectations of global cruise lines, led by instructors who are experienced cruise ship managers. We focus on relevant, applied training that prepares students for real work at sea.
