To be considered, candidates must have a minimum of 5 years of shipboard experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role in their department. We welcome specialists from Broadcast, Audio-Visual, Theatre & Stage Operations and IT & Networking sectors.
As an instructor, you will
- Deliver high-quality online training designed for real shipboard operations
- Share practical, hands-on knowledge from real-life scenarios at sea
- Guide students through operational procedures, safety standards, technical workflows, and industry best practices
- Participate in course development and curriculum improvement
- Represent CTA as a subject-matter expert in the global cruise industry
